I ordered a bracelet that was listed as natural gemstone, but when it arrived, it just didn’t really feel that way to me. The beads are very light, all pretty much the exact same color, and they kind of look dyed or coated. I have a few real stone bracelets already, and this one just feels different — though maybe I’m being a little picky about it. I reached out to support asking if they had any proof or more details about the stone, but the reply was general. They were polite, to be fair, but I still didn’t get the reassurance I was hoping for. Some people might like the bracelet as a cute accessory, but for the price, I expected it to feel more authentic. I don’t think I’d order again.

I really like the overall look because the design is and has a nice style to it, but when I’m actually flipping through some of the pages they feel a little crowded and kind of overwhelming, so it’s not always as easy to look through as I hoped.

They ended up refunding me, so not a perfect experience, but fair enough overall.

It looks almost the same as it does in the pictures, just a little darker in person. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.
